Come and discover Le Design Défilé

In this exhibition, structured as a choreographed parcours, design objects are staged in dialogue with movement, sound and atmosphere. Conceived as a défilé, it unfolds as a spatial narrative.
Curated by the collective French Living in Motion and designed by Jakob+MacFarlane, the exhibition brings together 53 pieces from 28 French designers and design brands. Le Design Défilé asserts a French voice in Milan, extending the creative dialogue between two capitals of fashion and design.
We wanted to question the way design is perceived today. The runway became a metaphor—objects in evolution, engaging with the body and leaving a sensory trace within space. The scenography invites visitors to move through it, to observe differently, to feel.
Two spaces, one shared intent:
the pluralism of French writing and styles
A selection by Le FRENCH DESIGN
This selection expresses a Lyric Design approach—one that values careful design processes, material integrity, and craft traditions preserved in France. A design defined by gesture and by the narratives embedded in each piece, continuing the legacy of the decorative arts.
Exploring 13 French Houses
The creations of 13 manufacturers illustrate the diversity of French creativity and stylistic expression. They embody the savoir-faire and DNA of each house while emphasizing a shared commitment to responsible manufacturing practices, including durability, eco-design, and recyclability.
